Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. spinggo will provide reasonable notice of material changes by publishing the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date.
These Terms and Conditions are to be read in conjunction with spinggo's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference herein.

spinggo reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension and the withholding of any outstanding withdrawal requests pending verification.

You must not share your username or password with any third party. spinggo will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
spinggo reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any Account at any time, including requesting government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
All spinggo Accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). spinggo does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, however your payment provider may apply their own charges. spinggo is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors.
Accepted deposit methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank internet banking, and FPX Online Banking. The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change without prior notice.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. spinggo reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Standard withdrawal processing time for verified accounts is under five (5) business days; however, spinggo aims to process the majority of withdrawals within the same business day.
spinggo reserves the right to withhold or reverse any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. All transactions are subject to anti-money laundering review in accordance with applicable regulations.
spinggo may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to Players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be published alongside the relevant promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal. Real Funds are used in wagering before Bonus Funds unless the reverse is explicitly stated in the relevant promotion terms.
spinggo reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses claimed through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts, the exploitation of system errors, or collusion with other players, will be voided without compensation.
Players who have applied for self-exclusion or who have deposit limits in place may be ineligible for certain promotional offers at spinggo's discretion.
All games offered on the spinggo Platform — including but not limited to live casino games, video slots, table games, and sportsbook products — are operated in accordance with published game rules. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before participation.

In the event of a malfunction, misquote, or error in any game, spinggo reserves the right to void affected wagers and return staked amounts to the Player's Wallet. This applies to all game types including live casino tables and sportsbook markets.

spinggo reserves the right to suspend, investigate, and terminate any Account where prohibited conduct is suspected. Any funds associated with prohibited activity may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited where misconduct is confirmed.
All content on the spinggo Platform, including but not limited to the spinggo brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, and software, is the intellectual property of spinggo or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any spinggo intellectual property without express written consent.
Game content and game software made available on the spinggo Platform are the intellectual property of the respective game providers and are licensed to spinggo for distribution. All rights are reserved by the respective owners.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, spinggo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
spinggo does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Planned and unplanned maintenance may result in temporary Platform unavailability. spinggo will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where practicable.
Nothing in these Terms limits spinggo's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
spinggo is committed to responsible gaming. The Platform provides Players with tools to manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time notifications, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible within your Account settings at any time.
Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to use the self-exclusion facility and to seek assistance from an appropriate support organisation. spinggo will honour self-exclusion requests promptly and will not knowingly market to self-excluded players.

You may request the closure of your spinggo Account at any time by contacting customer support. Any Real Funds balance remaining in your Wallet at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method following standard KYC verification. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
spinggo reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or for operational or regulatory reasons. In such circumstances, spinggo will provide notice to the extent permissible and will return verifiable Real Funds balances following investigation where applicable.

spinggo implements technical and organisational security measures designed to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or destruction. However, no electronic transmission is completely secure, and spinggo cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted to or from the Platform.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which spinggo holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms which cannot be resolved through spinggo's internal complaint resolution process may be referred to the applicable gaming regulatory authority or an independent alternative dispute resolution body.
Players wishing to raise a formal complaint should contact spinggo customer support in the first instance. spinggo commits to acknowledging formal complaints within 48 hours and to providing a substantive response within 14 business days.
spinggo reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, spinggo will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, notify registered Players by email or in-platform notification.
